LOEWE is seeking a Stock Keeper to maintain an organized stockroom and ensure seamless flow between back of house and shop floor. You will manage deliveries, verify invoices, and support stock transfers and returns with precision, contributing to a superior client experience in a luxury retail setting.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong communication with store teams, and the ability to balance autonomous work with team collaboration.

Formación

• Proven experience in stock management in fashion/luxury environments.
• Ability to maintain organized stock areas and support back-of-house operations.
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication with store teams.
• Fluency in Spanish; English helpful in a luxury retail context.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the stockroom to the highest standards with organized merchandise flow between back and front of house.
• Manage stock deliveries, verify against invoices, and report discrepancies to HQ / Inventory.
• Unpack deliveries and store them safely in designated locations.
• Control stock transfers between store and warehouse; manage returns to the warehouse.
• Support stock and packaging flow to ensure products are available on the shop floor.
• Inform the team promptly of new stock arrivals.
• Plan and support periodic and mini stock takes; report discrepancies to the manager.
• Process all stock-related paperwork and general administration.
• Collaborate with Visual, Merchandising, and Press teams to fulfill product requests.
• Support aftersales processes (repairs, alterations) to ensure client satisfaction.
• Participate fully in store activities and training.
