Grand Hyatt Barcelona is seeking a Spa Receptionist to warmly welcome guests and manage the spa experience from arrival to departure. You will handle reservations, treatment scheduling, and guest information with a focus on service excellence in a luxury environment.

The role requires fluency in Spanish and English and offers a full-time schedule (40 hours/week) with a permanent contract, aligned to spa operations. Front-office collaboration and sales are key components of the position.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in spa, wellness center, luxury hotel, or hospitality reception role.
• Experience with reservation and scheduling systems (Book4Time and Opera preferred).
• Strong guest service skills with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
• Ability to confidently recommend and promote spa treatments, services, and retail products.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance reflecting luxury hospitality standards.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (additional languages a plus).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general administrative tasks.
• Flexibility to work weekends/holidays when required.

Aufgaben

• Welcoming guests and managing spa check-in/check-out professionally.
• Managing spa reservations, treatment schedules, and therapist agendas.
• Providing information about spa treatments, services, facilities, and products.
• Promoting treatments, memberships, packages, and products to maximize revenue.
• Handling guest payments, billing inquiries, and daily closing procedures.
• Resolving guest concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Coordinating with Spa Therapists for smooth treatment flow.
• Monitoring daily appointments and adjusting schedules as needed.
• Supporting administrative tasks including reporting and inventory coordination.
• Maintaining reception area and guest facilities to high standards.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential guest information and reservations.
• Contributing to Hyatt service standards and a positive team environment.
