Coach in Barcelona is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences and meet sales goals. This role blends luxury retail service with omni-channel selling and teamwork.

You will use POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data, nurture relationships, and drive repeat business. A fast-paced environment rewards energy, product knowledge, and brand loyalty.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and mobile POS devices.
• Strong English proficiency; ability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and clienteling is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver personalized shopping experiences.
• Meet personal and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs; source and follow up with new customers.
• Maintain floor presence, assist teammates, and support inventory and visual merchandising.
• Process transactions efficiently and participate in brand initiatives and trainings.
