Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and drive store sales. You will support daily store operations, meet personal and team KPIs, and build lasting client relationships in a luxury retail setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS)
• Strong English proficiency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, live‑stream shopping or video demos (preferred)
• Strong English language proficiency (for EU)

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
• Support inventory cycles: receive shipments and stock shelves.
• Assist teammates and participate in brand initiatives and training.
