Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in our Catalonia, Gavà location. You will deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet sales goals, and support daily store operations in a luxury retail environment.

You will build client relationships through styling and product knowledge, drive cross‑selling, and use POS and mobile tools to capture data and grow loyalty. Flexibility to work nights, weekends and peak periods is expected.

Formación

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation and Mobile POS.
• Strong English proficiency; ability to read price sheets.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador and adhere to style standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain store operations and visual merchandising standards.
• Process transactions and manage inventory movements.
• Support teammates and participate in brand initiatives.
