Job summary

Ralph Lauren is seeking a Brand Ambassador to deliver exceptional customer service in a luxury retail setting in the Balearic Islands. You will embody the Ralph Lauren values, drive clienteling, and build relationships with an international premium clientele.

Ideal candidates have 1 year in a similar role, strong product knowledge, and fluency in English and Spanish; additional German or Italian is valued. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity within a highly international retail environment.

Qualifications

1 year experience in a similar role is expected.
Experience in premium or luxury retail environments is required.
Strong clienteling and CRM experience with a track record of developing repeat business.
Excellent organizational and communication skills with brand image and visual merchandising knowledge.
Ability to thrive in a seasonal, high-volume retail environment.
Advanced level in English and Spanish; German/Italian valued.

Responsibilities

Deliver customer support excellence and operational efficiencies.
Communicate consistently with the team to ensure excellent client service.
Demonstrate product knowledge and provide feedback to managers.
Create a unique and elevated environment in line with the Ralph Lauren sales code.
Support the manager in building an inclusive, customer-first culture.
Develop the team’s product knowledge and selling culture.
Use store systems and procedures to boost selling efficiencies and build the customer database.
Participate in store merchandising in line with standards and creative directives.
Build and develop long-term relationships with local and international luxury clients.
