Puente Romano is seeking a Club Manager to lead the overall operation of the venue, delivering exceptional guest experiences while achieving commercial, operational and financial objectives.

The role focuses on leadership, operational excellence and business performance across nightlife experiences, with an emphasis on profitability and brand positioning within the luxury hospitality sector. Fluency in English and Spanish is expected.

Formación

• Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in premium nightlife or luxury hospitality preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day operation of the club ensuring seamless execution across services and events.
• Oversee operational teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality guest experience.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and P&L to maximise profitability.
• Drive revenue through VIP table sales, reservations strategy and premium beverage revenue streams.
• Develop, train and motivate a high-performing team to uphold luxury service standards.
