Soho House & Co. Barcelona seeks an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation and presentation across the Club.

You will work with the Housekeeping Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the housekeeping team, ensuring every space reflects the luxury and attention to detail expected at the Club. Join a prestigious Gothic Quarter location offering a private Members Club, with a health club, cinema room and Cecconi's restaurant.

Formación

• Minimum 2+ years experience as Housekeeping supervisor or assistant manager.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and solve problems under pressure.
• Hospitable, approachable and customer-service oriented.
• Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations across all areas (public spaces, lounges, spa, back-of-house).
• Supervise staff schedules to ensure coverage and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections of cleanliness and presentation.
• Respond to guest/member requests promptly and courteously.
• Assist with inventory management and cost control of supplies and amenities.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of staff.
