SLS Barcelona, a five-star urban resort, is seeking a motivated Food & Beverage Operations & Administrative Intern to learn hands-on across all F&B outlets and the administrative side of hotel operations. Reporting to the F&B management team, you will support scheduling, reporting, menus, pricing, POS systems, and internal communications while delivering guest service in a vibrant, luxury setting.

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in hospitality or a related field.
• Ability to sign an agreement with school for approximately 6 months.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; knowledge of hotel F&B systems a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support to the Food & Beverage leadership team in day-to-day activities.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Help maintain and update menus, product information, pricing, and POS systems.
• Assist with departmental documentation, procedures, and internal communications.
• Support the preparation of presentations and business reviews for management meetings.
• Scheduling & workforce planning support for team schedules and staffing plans.
• Gain practical experience across several Food & Beverage outlets and assist with service delivery.
• Greet guests and ensure smooth seating, service, and guest experience.
