Grand Hyatt Barcelona, part of Hyatt Hotels Corporation, is seeking a professional Concierge to join our Front Office team. You will greet guests, provide personalized recommendations, arrange dining, spa and entertainment, and ensure a seamless, memorable stay.

This is a temporary replacement contract for medical leave coverage with a rotating schedule including weekends and holidays. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Catalan is a plus.

Formación

• Experience in luxury hotel, hospitality, or guest-facing role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm demeanor.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Catalan a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests with a warm, professional demeanor and assist with personalized recommendations.
• Arrange dining reservations, spa appointments, entertainment bookings, and special requests.
• Provide guests with information about local attractions and exclusive experiences.
• Coordinate daily guest services and maintain updated guest profiles for personalized assistance.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage for seamless service delivery.
• Coordinate transportation needs including airport transfers and chauffeur services.
