Qualifications

Over 6 months, you’ll rotate every 2 months across three of our signature F&B outlets, each offering a completely different vibe:

• A stylish Mediterranean bar: Sofía Bar & Tapas – modern tapas with traditional soul, craft cocktails, and lively evenings on the open‑air terrace.
• A chic café: Filosofía – inspired by literary culture, filled with books, designer touches, and the smell of specialty coffee and freshly baked pastries. Ideal for light bites, brunch, or a quiet catch‑up.
• Our breakfast restaurant: Impar – a wide range of breakfast buffet and a show‑cooking area. The terrace invites you to spend sunny morning breakfasts outside.
