Grand Hyatt in Barcelona is seeking a motivated student for their Food & Beverage Administrative Internship Program. This 6-month full-time role offers a stipend of €500 net/month.

You will support the daily operations of the F&B department, assist with data entry, and collaborate with managers on various tasks. Ideal candidates are organized, fluent in Spanish, and eager to learn more about hotel management.

Formación

Internship Program Overview

At Grand Hyatt Barcelona, one of the city’s newest luxury landmarks, we are looking for a motivated, detail‑oriented, and highly organized student to join our Food & Beverage Administrative Internship Program.

During your 6‑month internship, you will gain exposure to the administrative side of multiple F&B outlets.

F&B Outlets Covered

What You’ll Do

• Support the daily administrative operations of the F&B department
• Assist with data entry, reporting, and tracking performance metrics (sales, costs, inventory)
• Help coordinate staff schedules, attendance records, and internal communication
• Prepare and maintain menus, SOP documents, and operational checklists
• Support inventory control, supplier coordination, and purchase orders
• Assist in organizing meetings, training sessions, and internal reports
• Collaborate with outlet managers and the finance team to ensure accurate documentation and cost control
• Monitor quality standards and support compliance with Hyatt procedures
• Gain exposure to F&B strategy, budgeting, and operational planning

Who You Are

• A current university or hospitality/business school student
• Interested in F&B operations, administration, or hotel management
• Fluent in Spanish and comfortable in English
• Highly organized, analytical, and detail‑oriented
• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn
• Skilled in Excel or data management tools (a plus)
• Available for a 6‑month full‑time internship
