Job summary

Grand Hyatt Barcelona invites motivated hospitality students to join our Front Office Internship Program. You will learn guest relations, front desk operations, and cross‑department collaboration while delivering Hyatt’s standards of service in a luxury setting.

The internship includes a 500 net/month stipend, personalized training on Hyatt platforms, a Free Headspace subscription, staff meals during shifts, 6 vacation days, and real Front Office experience in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Hospitality/ tourism/ business administration student eligible for an internship agreement.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Service‑oriented, proactive and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with guest check-in and check-out to ensure a personalized experience.
• Support reservations, room assignments and guest preferences.
• Provide information about hotel services, facilities and local attractions.
• Respond to guest requests professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Concierge and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Help maintain accurate guest records and update systems as needed.
• Support in upselling rooms and hotel services following Hyatt standards.
• Assist with administrative tasks at the Front Office.
