Grand Hyatt in Barcelona is seeking a motivated student for their Food & Beverage Administrative Internship Program. This 6-month full-time role offers a stipend of €500 net/month.

You will support the daily operations of the F&B department, assist with data entry, and collaborate with managers on various tasks. Ideal candidates are organized, fluent in Spanish, and eager to learn more about hotel management.

Formación

• Must be able to sign an internship agreement with your school.
• Legally authorized to work in Spain or eligible for an EU internship program.
• Available for a 6-month full-time internship.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily administrative operations of the F&B department.
• Assist with data entry, reporting, and performance metrics tracking.
• Help coordinate staff schedules and internal communication.
• Prepare and maintain menus and operational checklists.
• Support inventory control and supplier coordination.
