Grand Hyatt Barcelona is seeking an Events Planner to lead the coordination of unforgettable meetings, conferences, and social events at our luxury hotel in Barcelona. You will be the primary client contact from confirmation through post‑event follow‑up, ensuring flawless execution and exceptional client satisfaction.

In this full-time role, you will collaborate with Sales, Banquets, Culinary, Front Office, and other departments to deliver outstanding experiences, with flexibility for evenings

Qualifications

• Experience in event planning, meetings, or hotel operations is required.
• Luxury hospitality experience is highly preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Proficiency with event management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main client contact from event confirmation through post-event follow-up.
• Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, social events, and group functions at the hotel.
• Manage event details including space, AV, catering, timelines, and special requests.
• Prepare event orders, function sheets, timelines, and internal communications.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure flawless execution and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee on-site events and resolve issues promptly.
