Confidential Company seeks a Digital Performance & Growth Manager to elevate digital engagement across luxury properties and drive measurable business growth. You will combine growth marketing mindset, performance analytics, and innovative digital tech to optimise every guest touchpoint.

The role spans end-to-end responsibility for websites and CRM ecosystems, requiring collaboration with IT, Revenue, Sales, and Marketing to maximise direct bookings and guest experience.

Formación

• Experience driving digital performance and growth in luxury, travel, or premium brands.
• Strong analytics mindset with evidence of data-driven decision making.
• Knowledge of CRM, GDPR, and data governance principles.

Responsabilidades

• Own performance, functionality, and optimisation of all Group websites.
• Manage CMS, booking engine, integrations, tracking, analytics and third-party tools.
• Ensure sites are secure, fast, and conversion-oriented with strong UX.
• Coordinate development and maintenance with external developers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with IT on cybersecurity, hosting, and infrastructure.
• Ensure seamless integration between websites, booking engine, CRM and analytics.
