Humann Team&Talent is seeking a strategic and commercially driven Vice President of Marketing to lead its global marketing organization from Barcelona. Formación

• 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
• Previous experience as VP Marketing, Head of Marketing or Marketing Director within a high-growth technology company.
• Strong expertise in SEO, digital marketing and demand generation.
• Experience building and leading international marketing teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with deep understanding of marketing performance metrics.
• Fluent English.

Following a period of sustained international growth, the company is entering an exciting new phase of expansion and is seeking a strategic and commercially driven Vice President of Marketin g to lead its global marketing organization from Barcelona.

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing technology business where marketing plays a central role in shaping growth strategy, product adoption and customer acquisition.

Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, the VP of Marketing will define and execute the company's global marketing strategy, leading a multidisciplinary team responsible for driving sustainable growth across the entire customer lifecycle. This role is ideally suited to a marketing executive who thrives in high-growth SaaS environments and enjoys building data-driven organizations with a strong experimentation culture.

Marketing Strategy & Growth

• Define and execute the global marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Drive customer acquisition through scalable organic, paid and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
• Optimize every stage of the customer journey, from awareness to retention and expansion.

Organic Growth & Digital Marketing

• Lead the company's SEO and organic growth strategy.
• Improve website performance and conversion rates.
• Develop scalable content initiatives that generate long-term demand.
• Ensure the organization remains at the forefront of evolving search technologies, including AI-powered discovery.

Product & Lifecycle Marketing

• Partner closely with Product, Sales and Customer Success to increase activation, engagement and customer retention.
• Build effective lifecycle marketing strategies that maximize customer value and subscription growth.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing international marketing team.
• Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics across all marketing functions.
• Work closely with Product, Revenue, Research and Executive Leadership to align marketing initiatives with overall business priorities.
• Translate market intelligence into scalable commercial opportunities.

Marketing Innovation

• ~ Champion the adoption of AI, automation and emerging technologies to improve marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.
