Responsabilidades

• Own, maintain, and optimize the corporate website for performance, usability, and user experience.
• Coordinate website updates, content publishing, and technical improvements.
• Identify opportunities to improve website conversion and customer engagement.
• Ensure website content reflects brand, product, and commercial objectives.
• Monitor website health, functionality, security, and compliance requirements.
• Develop and execute digital acquisition strategies to attract qualified prospects and support growth.
• Support campaigns through digital channels and lead generation initiatives.
• Ensure leads are captured, tracked, and routed through the CRM system.
• Monitor lead quality, attribution, and conversion performance.
• Develop audience lists and segmentation to improve targeting and effectiveness.
• Analyze customer, prospect, and behavioural data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Generate actionable insights to support planning and decision-making.
• Develop and execute email marketing strategy, calendars, workflows, and automation.
• Monitor delivery, engagement, conversion, and performance metrics.
• Continuously optimize content, audiences, and campaign effectiveness.
• Develop and execute SEO strategy and manage paid search initiatives.
• Monitor keyword rankings and performance, and explore AI‑powered search environments.
• Recommend and implement technical and content improvements for search performance.
• Establish regular reporting on website traffic, engagement, leads, and campaign performance.
• Monitor KPIs and provide optimization recommendations.
• Produce dashboards and insights for leadership.
• Promote a data‑driven approach to marketing decisions.
• Design and execute social media strategy, content planning, and channel performance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to generate relevant, timely content.
• Monitor audience engagement and expand reach and effectiveness.
