Jumeirah Mallorca is seeking a Guest Service (Concierge) professional to join our Rooms Department. You will provide personalized, warm, and discreet service to guests, anticipate needs, and exceed expectations during their stay.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, offering information about the hotel and local attractions, handling requests, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality and accuracy in every interaction.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience preferred, ideally in a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Guest-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer service.
• Team player with accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personalized, warm, and discreet service to guests throughout their stay, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations.
• Welcome and assist guests upon arrival, providing information about the hotel, its facilities, and local attractions and services.
• Handle guest requests and inquiries efficiently, including restaurant reservations, transportation, excursions, activities, and special arrangements.
• Build strong knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, events, and experiences to provide tailored recommendations and create memorable guest experiences.
• Coordinate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless service and prompt resolution of guest requests.
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, attention to detail, and luxury hospitality in every guest interaction.
