Grand Hyatt Barcelona is seeking a professional Concierge to join our Front Office team, delivering personalized luxury service and memorable experiences throughout each guest stay.

You will greet guests, arrange dining, spa, entertainment, and tailored recommendations, working with Front Office, Bell Attendants, Guest Relations, Housekeeping and Food & Beverage to ensure seamless service across shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Formación

• Experience in luxury hotel, hospitality, or guest-facing role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in creating personalized guest experiences.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Catalan a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests with a warm, professional demeanor and fulfill requests.
• Arrange dining, spa, entertainment, flowers or gifts for guests.
• Provide local recommendations and tailored experiences.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B to ensure seamless service.
• Assist with transportation arrangements and VIP arrivals.
• Maintain concierge desk with maps and materials.
• Respond to inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
