Arabella Golf Resort Mallorca is seeking an attentive Front Office Receptionist to deliver outstanding guest service and support Receptionists and Concierges. You will manage daily operations, handle guest arrivals, and coordinate with Reservations and Concierge to ensure seamless experiences.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required; German is a plus. A solid computer literacy including MS Office and Opera PMS is expected, along with a hospitality background and at least 3 years in a 5‑star

Formación

• Must be able to speak, write and converse fluently in English and Spanish.
• German is a plus.
• High level of computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring quality and meeting customer expectations.
• Handle complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances.
• Prepare documentation for daily business.
• Ensure prompt, courteous reception of guests.
• Record and administer arrivals and departures.
• Assist in training new staff and coaching them.
• Maintain liaison with Reservations and Concierge and other departments.
• Ensure desk coverage and smooth handover to next shift.
• Be aware of daily functions, events, VIP and group arrivals.
