Job summary

Maison Valentino in Madrid is seeking a client-focused brand ambassador to guide customers from initial contact to post-purchase retention. You will master product stories, maintain displays and use store systems to support operations, while driving sales and delivering a premium client experience.

You will engage with clients across walk-ins, appointments and distance selling, building lasting relationships and helping to grow the Valentino community in-store.

Qualifications

• Act as a brand representative embodying Valentino values and client experience.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and contribute to store objectives.
• Strong focus on client engagement, retention and data collection.
• Deep knowledge of Valentino products and compelling storytelling.
• Experience using company tools and adhering to store operations guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Sales achievement – meet individual sales target and contribute to the overall store sales objectives.
• KPIs achievement – understand how client experience affects KPIs like cross selling and average ticket.
• Client engagement – develop and retain existing clients, recruit new ones via multiple selling channels.
• Client data acquisition – collect and enrich the client database while maintaining accuracy.
• Product knowledge – master Valentino products and tell engaging stories.
• Display maintenance contribution.
• Operations – follow guidelines, support after sales, stock transfers, and documentation.
• Utilize company tools and systems (Smart XP, MY-V XP, PRISM, SAP, Training App, After Sales App).
