Job summary

Saint Laurent Spain is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a luxury retail team at our Madrid location. You will coach staff, drive sales on the shop floor, and ensure a premium customer experience while meeting defined KPIs.

This role requires strong leadership, adaptability, and a passion for luxury fashion. As part of Yves Saint Laurent Spain, you will manage inventory in collaboration with Back Office and ensure all processes comply with internal standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in selling luxury goods or retail.
• 4–6 years in a managerial retail role.
• Experience leading a team of 10+ people.
• Adaptability and curiosity with openness to risk.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Concur expense reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote brand engagement and loyalty to hit business goals.
• Coach and develop staff with a leadership approach.
• Set and track KPIs; analyze results and adjust activities.
• Demonstrate selling-floor leadership to drive performance.
• Maintain customer experience and loyalty through service excellence.
• Oversee inventory, collaborating with Back Office on stock.
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety and HR requirements.
