Giorgio Armani Madrid Boutique in Galeria Canalejas is hiring a Temporary Client Advisor 40h to ensure that all clients enjoy their shopping experience.

Role requires at least 2 years in luxury sales, excellent presence and communication, and fluency in English and Spanish; other languages are a plus. You will uphold store standards, build lasting relationships and stay current with collections.

Formación

• At least 2 years of experience in luxury sales.
• Good presence and communication skills.
• Passionate about Fashion.
• Proficient in English and Spanish (other languages is a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Excellent attention to all customers ensuring that they are properly advised on collections.
• Fulfil individual and store objectives.
• Build strong customer relationships. Collecting customer CRM details for customer portfolio and follow up with them.
• Maintain store standards and guidelines regarding behavior, stock and product.
• Stay updated on our collections, fashion trends and being a fan of our brand.
