Giorgio Armani invites applications for a Client Advisor position at our new Giorgio Armani Boutique in Puerto Banús.Reporting to the Store Director, you will be an ambassador for our brand, ensuring every client enjoys a premium shopping experience.

Requirements include 3+ years in fashion sales, strong presence, passion for fashion, and fluent English. This is a full-time role at a luxury retail environment in Marbella, Spain.

• Vocation for customer service in retail and luxury sector.
• High level of English.

We are hiring a Client Advisor full time to join for our new Giorgio Armani Boutique opening in Puerto Banús. Reporting to the Store Director, your role as an ambassador for our brand is to ensure that all of our clients enjoy their entire shopping experience.

YOUR MAIN FUNCTIONS

• Excellent attention to all customers ensuring that they are properly advised on collections.
• Fulfil individual and store objectives.
• Build strong customer relationships. Collecting customer CRM details for customer portfolio and follow up with them.
• Maintain store standards and guidelines regarding behavior, stock and product.
• Stay updated on our collections, fashion trends and being a fan of our brand.

PROFILE

• At least +3 years of experience in fashion sales - MANDATORY EXPERIENCE IN FASHION
• Good presence and communication skills.
• Passionate about Fashion.
• Vocation for customer service and commitment in retail and luxury sector.
• High level ofEnglish
