Foundever in Madrid is hiring Customer Service Agents for an automotive project. You will provide multi-channel support and handle inquiries, ensuring excellent service in line with brand standards.

The role is on-site, full-time (39 hours/week) with a permanent contract. The gross annual salary is €22,100, plus a monthly availability bonus of up to €400. Initial training lasts 3 weeks, starting 03/08/2026.

Formación

• Previous experience in customer service.
• Native or bilingual Spanish.
• Advanced level of English (minimum C1).
• Portuguese language skills are a plus.
• Customer-oriented mindset and good digital skills.

Responsabilidades
