Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid is seeking a Receptionist to join our Front Office team. You will welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and ensure a warm, personalized guest experience at all times.

Based at the heart of Madrid, the role requires excellent communication, strong guest focus and the ability to multitask in a luxury hotel environment. Training and career growth are integral to our service culture.

Formación

• Previous experience in a similar Front Office role, preferably within luxury hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong guest focus with attention to detail and service excellence.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and remain calm under pressure.
• Team-oriented attitude and collaborative mindset.
• Proficiency in hotel systems and basic computer applications.
• Commitment to Mandarin Oriental values and service culture.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests and manage check-in procedures and check-out processes.
• Assign rooms according to guest preferences and ensure correct rates are charged.
• Coordinate luggage delivery and issue room keys.
• Process check-outs accurately, posting late charges and presenting final bills.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions and currency exchange.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, in person and by phone.
• Resolve guest complaints with empathy and professionalism to ensure satisfaction.
• Use hotel systems to manage reservations, reports, room blocking and guest profiles.
• Support upselling of hotel services and facilities when appropriate.
• Assist other Front Office areas such as Concierge, Bell Services and Guest Relations when required.
• Support the Fans of MO guest recognition programme and contribute to enrolment and service quality.
