Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid is seeking a proactive Reservation Agent to join our Revenue & Reservations department and support a high-performing Reservations team. You will deliver accurate, guest-focused reservation services across all channels and prepare tailored quotations.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Front Office and other departments to ensure a seamless guest journey and revenue optimisation in a luxury setting.

Formación

• Minimum one year experience within a hotel Reservations Department, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with LQA standards is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Handle telephone and email enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Prepare tailored quotations and manage bookings end-to-end.
• Liaise with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, F&B, and Finance for seamless guest experience.
• Identify opportunities to maximise revenue through upselling of rooms and services.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and reservations data.
