Job summary

Meller, founded in Barcelona, is seeking a Loyalty & AI Automation Specialist to transform loyalty and automation into growth. You will design scalable loyalty initiatives, identify bottlenecks, and automate repetitive tasks using No-Code tools and AI agents like ChatGPT, Claude, Make, Zapier, and n8n.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in CRM, E-commerce, or Marketing Automation.
• A deep curiosity for AI with analytical mindset and systems-thinking approach.
• Highly organized, quick to learn new tools, and able to build processes from scratch.
• Fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English.
• Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, LoyaltyLion or Yotpo, and automation tools like Make, Zapier, n8n or Shopify Flow.
• Bonus points for data and AI skills: GA4, Looker Studio, APIs, basic SQL or Python, Prompt engineering.

We’re seeking an energetic Loyalty & AI Automation Specialist with an innovative mindset and a passion for enhancing the customer experience and eliminating repetitive tasks through intelligent systems.

Your role

• Design and scale our loyalty program into a primary growth engine, creating engaging incentives, analysing customer behaviour, and maximising Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
• Spot bottlenecks and manual tasks across the business, building efficient solutions with No-Code tools and AI agents (ChatGPT, Claude, Make, Zapier, n8n).
• Work side by side with the CRM team to optimise the full customer journey, from Welcome Journeys and Product Education to Winback and VIP retention.
• Launch monthly experiments to improve retention, save the team time, and boost recurring revenue.

What we’re looking for

• 2 to 5 years of experience in CRM, E-commerce, or Marketing Automation.
• A deep curiosity for AI, an analytical mindset, and a systems-thinking approach — you prefer building scalable solutions over just executing tasks.
• Highly organised, able to learn new tools at lightning speed, and eager to build processes from scratch.
• Fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English.
• Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, LoyaltyLion or Yotpo, and automation tools such as Make, Zapier, n8n or Shopify Flow, is a big plus.
• Bonus points for data and AI skills: GA4, Looker Studio, APIs, basic SQL or Python, Prompt Engineering, MCPs, AI Agents, Cursor or Claude Code.
