Job summary
Meller, founded in Barcelona, is seeking a Loyalty & AI Automation Specialist to transform loyalty and automation into growth. You will design scalable loyalty initiatives, identify bottlenecks, and automate repetitive tasks using No-Code tools and AI agents like ChatGPT, Claude, Make, Zapier, and n8n.

Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in CRM, E-commerce, or Marketing Automation.
- A deep curiosity for AI with analytical mindset and systems-thinking approach.
- Highly organized, quick to learn new tools, and able to build processes from scratch.
- Fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English.
- Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, LoyaltyLion or Yotpo, and automation tools like Make, Zapier, n8n or Shopify Flow.
- Bonus points for data and AI skills: GA4, Looker Studio, APIs, basic SQL or Python, Prompt engineering.
Responsibilities
- Design and scale our loyalty program into a primary growth engine, maximizing Customer Lifetime Value.
- Identify bottlenecks and automate tasks using No-Code tools and AI agents.
- Collaborate with CRM to optimise the customer journey from Welcome to VIP retention.
- Run monthly experiments to improve retention and recurring revenue.
