TikTok is seeking a senior business development leader to drive merchant growth for TikTok Shop in Spain. Based in Madrid, you will lead recruitment, incubation programs, and the development of a service-provider ecosystem to enable merchant growth.

• Proficiency in Spanish; Chinese preferred; English a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 5+ years of work experience, including 3+ years in team management.
• Solid e-commerce background with knowledge of Spain’s market and merchant ecosystem.
• Proven ability to manage internal teams, outsourced teams, or external partners against clear targets.
• Strong data-driven mindset with ability to set goals and analyze performance gaps.
• Results-oriented working style with ownership and adaptability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across varied teams.

Responsabilidades

• Define the Spain merchant growth strategy including recruitment and lifecycle incubation.
• Build and manage outsourced merchant incubation operating model with clear KPIs.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage TikTok Shop Partners and service providers.
• Lead merchant-facing ToB marketing for Spain and coordinate content and campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve merchant experience and drive growth.
