Utilita Arena is offering a 6-month internship for a Finance Intern in Madrid, starting in September 2026. This paid position will allow you to work closely with an experienced accounting professional and gain practical experience in finance.

Key responsibilities include supplier invoice accounting, invoice matching, and filing. Ideal candidates will be pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration and possess skills in MS Excel and basic accounting.

THE ROLE

The Finance Intern will work closely alongside an experienced accounting professional based in Madrid.

Essential functions to learn will be:

• Supplier invoice accounting for service and stock suppliers in ERP (data entry) in the AP ledger of Legends Global’s Spanish divisions.
• Invoice vs purchase order matching for invoice approval purposes in ERP.
• Invoice filing for later reference in line with established process.
• Opportunity to explore other areas of Finance such as revenue reconciliations and compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ongoing degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Knowledge of MS Excel required. Experience with any ERP system is an important advantage.
• Basic Accounting knowledge.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently essential.
• Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Good level of English and Spanish.
