THE ROLE

As a Logistics Intern you will learn and support all the logistics processes of an international organization specialized in a dynamic retail industry, based in Madrid.

Essential functions of the role

• Global retail fulfilment and distribution coordination support for B2C and B2B channels. You will also liaise with the 3PL warehousing teams and carriers.
• Import, Export and Customs documentation related to national and international shipments.
• Data reconciliation across systems and issues resolution.
• Identify logistic issues & process gaps, and develop solutions.
• Assisting on stock control processes, as discrepancies identification & analysis.
• Logistic KPI elaboration and reporting.

Main projects you will be working on

1. Real Madrid Jersey Launch - between May-September 2026.
   • Main responsibilities: Logistics plan maintenance and monitoring, Testing support, Inbound monitoring, Order reconciliation support, Hypercare support and Launch shipping expenses review.
2. Freight Tender launch with 20 partners in June 2026.
   • Main responsibilities: Transportation process and requirement documentation, Preparation and participation in the Face to Face negotiation meetings, Freight proposals input for Management analysis and assessment, Testing support, Implementation support.

Experience required

• Ongoing Logistics degree/master required.
• Analytic, detail-oriented and extremely organized with the ability to multi-task.
• Data-Driven mindset.
• Good level of English and Spanish.

• Interest in process automatization and ERP systems.
