• Coordinate the full lifecycle of multiple localization and translation projects.
• Coordinate all project phases, from initiation to delivery, ensuring smooth execution.
• Collaborate with Sales/Client Services teams to define project scope, timelines, and requirements.
• Communicate with our global network of vendors to negotiate rates, assign tasks and deadlines, and monitor progress.
• Track project status, proactively identifying and resolving issues with stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, including cost tracking and financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate and organized project documentation.
• Perform quality control checks at various stages (proofreading, final-eye reviews).
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and quality standards.
• Complete all other tasks assigned by the manager/supervisor.
