Job summary

TransPerfect is seeking a Translation Project Coordinator to manage multilingual localization projects from initiation to delivery in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate with internal teams and our global vendor network to ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality results.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, excellent English communication, and at least 1 year of relevant experience in a corporate setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Superior written and spoken English.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar position in a corporate environment.
• Ability to work independently and with internal/external stakeholders internationally.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Proficient in MS Office and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full lifecycle of multiple localization and translation projects.
• Oversee all project phases from initiation to delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales/Client Services to define scope, timelines and requirements.
• Communicate with vendors to negotiate rates, assign tasks and deadlines, and monitor progress.
• Track project status and resolve issues with stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, including cost tracking and financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and perform quality control checks.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and quality standards.
