Job summary

Welocalize is seeking a Project Manager to ensure successful planning, execution, tracking, delivery and closure of client projects. You will work with clients to understand requirements and coordinate a global team to craft solutions aligned with Welocalize’s pillars of service, quality, innovation and teamwork.

The ideal candidate is driven, relationship-focused and adaptable to a dynamic environment, capable of managing multiple priorities and virtual teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Proven project management experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment, ideally in translation/localization.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project scope, requirements gathering and validation with the client.
• Coordinate resources across the global team to meet quality, cost and schedule requirements.
• Conduct risk analysis and contingency planning (plan-do-check-act).</br>Lead internal and external teams to successful delivery of client projects.
• Create and monitor project schedules and delivery timeliness.
• Manage project budget and control costs.
• Build and nurture relationships with customers, internal teams and external suppliers.
• Oversee project activities and address issues with corrective/preventive actions.
• Find ways to optimize delivery, client satisfaction, quality and profitability.
• Provide reports on scope, financials, progress and status to stakeholders.
