• Work collaboratively with internal teams to elevate and solve complex customer issues effectively
• Stay current on product knowledge, service updates, and industry trends to provide informed advice and support to clients

Requirements

• Fluency in Lithuanian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage
• Prior experience in customer service, especially in a related field or multilingual environment
