Wever & Ducré is seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive growth in Madrid by supporting existing customers and acquiring new projects in the lighting sector. You will conduct product trainings for partners and customers, collaborate with internal teams, and participate in marketing events.

The role requires a completed education in sales/marketing or Lighting Design and a minimum of five years in lighting or related sales.

Formación

• Completed education in sales, marketing or Lighting Design.
• At least 5 years’ experience in sales in the lighting industry or a related sector.
• Good English skills are a plus.
• Well organized person who is capable to follow up projects and deadlines.
• Outstanding communication, time management, planning and presentation skills.
• Outgoing, dynamic and proactive sales person.

Responsabilidades

• Support of existing customers and partners as well as acquisition of new customers and partners.
• Active acquisition and sales of projects.
• Analysis of your target achievements and implementation of strategies to increase sales results, report to Sales Director on a regular basis.
• Product trainings for partners and customers.
• Preparation of and participation in marketing activities such as trade fairs, workshops and customer events.
• Close cooperation with different departments in the companies' headquarters.
