Job summary

A leading company in smart lighting systems is seeking a Technical Sales Professional to grow their presence in Madrid. The role involves advising clients on lighting control solutions, developing relationships with OEMs, and managing sales opportunities. Ideal candidates will have over 3 years of experience in lighting control, knowledge of DALI and HVAC integration, and fluency in both Spanish and English. A competitive salary of €30,000 to €50,000, plus bonus, is offered, along with flexible working conditions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in lighting control, building automation, or electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge of DALI, Bluetooth, LED drivers, and HVAC integration.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on Hytronik’s lighting control ecosystem.
• Develop and manage relationships with OEMs and contractors.
• Prepare project quotations and track deals via CRM.
• Present products and provide support to clients.
• Identify new project leads in Madrid and northern Spain.
