Voicemod Inc. seeks a Lifecycle Marketing Manager (CRM & In-App) to own user journeys across onboarding, monetization banners, retention and feature launches.

You’ll design programs and journeys, target audiences, and measure activation, conversion and retention with Iterable, Amplitude and Looker. You’ll partner with Desktop, Mobile and Devices teams, Product Marketing, Copywriting and Design to ensure cohesive lifecycle communications across products and channels.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in lifecycle or CRM marketing for a B2C app, gaming or subscription product.
• Experience designing end-to-end user journeys from first open to win-back.
• Hands-on experience with lifecycle programs in customer engagement platforms (email + in-app).
• Strong segmentation skills focusing on cohorts, triggers and user states.
• Data fluency with product analytics (Amplitude) and BI dashboards (Looker).
• Experience designing and reading A/B tests.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, launches and deadlines.
• Basic HTML/CSS for email and in-app templates.
• Proficient level of English communication.

• Define audience segmentation and personalization based on behavior and subscription status.

• QA end-to-end sends to ensure correct targeting and rendering across channels.
