QbD Group is seeking a Human Resources Trainee in Barcelona to support profile descriptions, vacancy publications, CV screening, and candidate interviews. You will assist in international recruitment and help manage onboarding and training activities for employees and associates.

The role targets individuals with degrees in psychology or labour relations, an HR postgraduate is a plus, and a strong, autonomous work style with English proficiency (C1) is required. Local market regulations apply.

Responsabilidades

• Support in defining and describing the company's profiles.
• Publish job vacancies and screen CVs.
• Contact candidates by phone and conduct interviews and tests.
• Assist in recruiting international profiles.
• Manage vacancies database and follow-up.

What you’ll be doing

• Support in the definition and description of the company's profiles
• Publication of job vacancies and CV screening
• Contacting and checking candidates by phone, personal interviews and placement tests
• Support in the direct search for international profiles
• Database management and follow-up of vacancies
• Support in onboarding and monitoring the first months of new employees in the company
• Support in the management of the training of our employees and associates
• Support in the quality area of the HR department in Barcelona

What you bring

• Degree in Psychology, Law, Labour Relations (completed or in process). Postgraduate degree in HR desirable.
• Minimum level of English C1
• Ability to organise and be autonomous
• Motivation, enthusiasm and positive attitude
• Must be able to sign a university agreement
