Genmab is expanding across Europe and seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager to join our Spain team in Madrid. This hybrid role combines inside sales support, CRM management, congress coordination, and executive assistance for the General Manager of Spain.

You will liaise with Sales, Marketing and Analytics, manage CRM entries (Veeva/Salesforce), support data-driven reporting, plan congress activities, and ensure smooth office operations in a fast-paced biotech environment with travel within

Formación

• 5+ years’ experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support, Executive Assistance, or Commercial Operations in pharma/biotech.
• Proven CRM experience with Veeva and/or Salesforce; able to coordinate across departments.
• Excellent English and Spanish communication; highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Support field-based teams with back-office activities including PO and supplier management.
• Maintain CRM entries and generate data-driven reporting with Sales, Marketing, and Analytics.
• Coordinate congress activities, logistics, and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide executive and office support to the General Manager of Spain.
