Job summary

Genmab is expanding its commercial capabilities in Europe and seeks a Senior Project Manager to support inside sales, CRM, congress coordination, and executive assistance for the Spain General Manager. The role blends back‑office efficiency with strategic project execution in a hybrid Madrid environment.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in related roles, strong English and Spanish communication, and proven CRM expertise in a dynamic biotech setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Inside Sales, Sales Support, Executive Assistance, or Commercial Operations.
• Experience with CRM tools (Veeva, Salesforce) and cross‑functional project coordination.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking in a hybrid biotech environment.

Responsibilities

• Support field-based sales and CRM data management across Europe.
• Coordinate congress activities, booth logistics, meetings, and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead commercial projects and liaise with Medical, Regulatory, Legal teams for timely execution.
• Provide executive support to the General Manager of Spain, including calendars and travel.
