You will draft, review, negotiate hotel management and franchise agreements and oversee contract lifecycles in line with global standards.

Qualifikationen

• Fluency in English language is required; knowledge of other languages is advantageous.
• Entitled to work in the European Union.
• You are digitally savvy.
• Proactive, adaptable and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Independently draft, review, negotiate, and provide guidance on new hotel agreements, amendments, notices, letters, and related documents at corporate, regional, and hotel levels, ensuring policy compliance.
• Independently support European regional teams by providing legal advice and coordinating with operations and finance for settlements.
• Conduct legal research and manage external counsel for disputes, tax matters, and regulatory issues.
• Contribute to development and maintenance of legal policies, templates, and best practices across departments.
• Coordinate corporate matters for subsidiaries including establishment/liquidation, board meetings, and filings.
