Job summary

Red Hat in Madrid seeks a Customer Success professional to foster strong relationships with customers who purchase Red Hat Training Services and subscriptions. You will develop learning plans, drive renewals, manage leads, and design campaigns across the sales funnel.

Fluency in Spanish and business English is required. Two plus years in customer success or account management, data-driven mindset, and experience with LMS or subscription models are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer success, account management, or related role.
• Experience with renewal/upsell strategies is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop learning plans to ensure customer success and maximize subscriptions.
• Renewal strategy development and execution for assigned accounts.
• Manage inbound/outbound leads and lead nurturing across the funnel.
• Design and manage campaigns to drive upsell and renewals.
• Provide regular renewal metrics reports to stakeholders.
