Job summary

Red Hat, Inc. is seeking a Customer Success focused professional to foster strong relationships with customers who have Red Hat Training Services subscriptions in Madrid and across Spain.

You will drive renewal strategies, upsell initiatives, and lead management to maximize subscription value and ensure customer success. The role involves proactive customer engagement, data-driven renewal planning, and collaboration with local sales teams.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in customer success, account management, or a related role.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Results-oriented with a focus on renewal targets.
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for customer success.
• Strategic thinker with renewal planning experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with LMS or online education platforms is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office/GSuite.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with a high number of customers to understand learning goals and create plans to maximize subscriptions and Training Units.
• Develop and execute renewal strategies for assigned accounts.
• Identify and cultivate customer advocates who can speak to success with learning subscriptions.
• Analyze engagement data to identify trends and opportunities; provide renewal insights to stakeholders.
• Manage inbound and outbound leads; oversee lead nurturing and qualification.
• Design and implement targeted upsell campaigns to existing customers to increase revenue.
• Promote Open Enrolment and RHLS-Courses to drive participation and renewals.
• Collaborate with product teams to incorporate customer feedback into the learning subscription offering.
• Support local sales in identifying upsell opportunities and expansion of learning services.
