Job summary

MSX International is hiring an L&D Administrator to support LMS data administration, training logistics, and learner services for dealership networks. You will manage course scheduling, communications, reporting, and records with accuracy and attention to detail.

Applicants should have advanced Excel and MS Office skills, experience with LMS, and at least 1 year in training administration. Fluency in English and German is mandatory, with additional European languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and process-driven.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training administration (1+ year preferred).
• Fluent English and German required; additional languages beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Course scheduling and attendee invitations; confirm attendance.
• Coordinate training venues, travel, and logistics.
• Provide customer support to dealerships and participants.
• Maintain LMS data input and training records.
• Generate LMS reports and ensure materials are prepared.
