VistaPrint, a remote-first design partner for millions of businesses, seeks a Lead UX Designer in Spain to join VistaPrint Pro. You’ll own end-to-end UX for Admins and Customers, shaping Branded Products and permissions, and aligning with design system and marketing guidelines.

You'll collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to drive data-informed, scalable experiences, evangelizing user-centered design across a globally distributed organization.

Formación

• 5+ years designing sophisticated digital products, preferably with experience in enterprise tools.
• 4+ years of experience working collaboratively with product, engineering, design, content and user research teams.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI skills and AI-driven case studies with measurable impact.
• Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions.
• Ability to move between high-level design and detailed execution across roadmaps.

Responsabilidades

• Drive end-to-end experiences for Admins to create, design, and organize Branded Products.
• Own the ProShop Asset Management UX from discovery to delivery using user-centered methods.
• Create high-quality user flows, wireframes, UI, and prototypes solo or with others.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define problems, requirements, and priorities.
• Align design work with the VistaPrint design system and Pro brand guidelines.
