You will own the design system, raise UX maturity, and partner with Product, Engineering, and leadership to deliver cohesive experiences globally.

Formación
- Proven ability to lead multi-team design organisations or manage managers.
- Experience shipping design systems and UX operating models at scale.
- Experience partnering with senior Product and Engineering leaders in global organisations.
Responsabilidades
- Define design directions translating product strategy into design strategy and execution priorities.
- Lead UX quality and cohesion across product areas to raise maturity and consistency.
- Own ELL’s design system and UX operations; scale delivery across teams.
- Lead user research and customer-discovery to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with regional leaders to localise experiences while keeping global coherence.
- Foster collaboration across geographies and disciplines and contribute to design leadership communities.
- Hire, develop, and succession plan for the UX organization.
