MVST seeks a design lead to own the user experience across the full product lifecycle for a variety of digital platforms. You will guide sessions, collaborate with product, engineering, and strategy teams, and translate user research into iterative design solutions.

You will champion pixel-perfect UI, accessible design, and strong communication. This role supports hybrid work in Madrid/Barcelona and international collaboration, with diverse perks and ongoing learning opportunities.

Formación

• 3–4 years of experience designing for SaaS or consumer tech/media.
• Proficient with modern design tools (Sketch, Figma, Framer, InVision) and comfortable with older ones (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Focus on pixel perfection and delivering high-quality products on schedule and on budget.
• Strong communication to set up frameworks and brainstorm initial concepts.
• People-focused design mentality with hands-on user research or options for A/B testing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design projects across the full product lifecycle and set the user experience vision.
• Collaborate with the team to create top-class experiences across digital platforms.
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, test usability, and tailor designs to users.
• Develop and prototype design solutions and test with real users to drive iteration.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to align on design strategy.
